Job Opening: Telecaller - Academic Session Bookings

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
Explain IITPlanet's academic programs clearly and professionally.
Book academic counselling sessions, demo classes, and sales appointments.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested parents and students.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings and support the sales conversion process.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly booking targets.
Work toward assigned sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate lead status, call notes, follow-up dates, and booking information.
Coordinate with academic counsellors, sales executives, and academic teams for scheduled sessions.
Follow up with missed, cancelled, and rescheduled appointments.
Handle parent/student queries professionally and create interest in IITPlanet's academic programs.
Maintain high call productivity, discipline,
attendance, and reporting standards.
Submit daily calling, booking, follow-up, and conversion reports to the reporting manager.
Telugu and English communication skills are mandatory.:
Robust communication, convincing, and follow-up skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Target-oriented and willing to work with booking and sales targets.
Basic computer and CRM/data-entry knowledge preferred.
Previous experience in telecalling, education counselling, academic sales, B2C sales, or EdTech is an advantage.
Freshers with excellent communication and strong interest in sales may also apply.
