Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site construction activities.
Monitor work progress and ensure quality standards are maintained.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Verify measurements and quantities of work executed.
Manage manpower and material requirements at the site.
Resolve technical issues and provide in office support.
Attend site meetings and update management on project status.
Requirements:
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
1 to 5 years of experience in construction site supervision.
Valuable knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site execution.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD is preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
