About the Role:
Betterway is seeking a Physiotherapist (Homecare) to provide expert physiotherapy care to our patients. The role focuses on promoting mobility, independence, and overall physical well-being through personalised treatment plans and interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough physiotherapy assessments for patients to evaluate strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility concerns.
Develop and implement customised therapy plans tailored to individual needs.
Provide treatment for othropedic and neurological conditions such as arthritis, joint pain.
Offer rehabilitative care and pain management through manual therapy, exercises, and use of physiotherapy equipment.
Educate patients on protected mobility practices and preventive exercises.
Maintain accurate treatment documentation and progress reports.




Coordinate with the in-house medical team of doctors and paramedics for care planning.
Conduct periodic wellness or mobility sessions for patients as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelors in Physiotherapy (BPT ) with a valid registration with the respective State or National Physiotherapy Council.
0- 1 year of clinical experience:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Empathetic, patient-focused, and qualified in approach.
Availability to do home visits as per scheduled appointments or requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
