Shift: 7:30 PM - 3:30 AM (US Shift)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday
Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and execute projects from initiation to completion.
Define project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and priorities.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and take appropriate corrective action.
Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress updates.
Manage project resources and ensure effective allocation of tasks.
Maintain project documentation, reports, trackers, and status updates.
Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and client expectations.
Handle client communication and resolve project-related concerns professionally.
Track project performance and provide regular updates to management.




Support process improvements and implement effective project management practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Project Management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
Good understanding of project management methodologies and processes.
Robust organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong leadership, coordination, and team-management abilities.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Good knowledge of project management tools, reporting, and documentation.
Ability to work effectively with US-based clients and teams.
Solid attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Willingness to work in the US night shift (7:30 PM - 3:30 AM).
