Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain a calm, orderly, child-centred classroom
Observe each child closely and respond to their developmental needs
Present materials with care and guide children toward independence
Support growth across language, math, movement, practical life, emotional and social development
Communicate with parents
Collaborate with the team and keep growing in Montessori practice
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Solid English communication
Experience with young children preferred
Montessori training is welcome, not mandatory
Fluency in English (required)
