Responsibilities:
Work with multiple internal teams to understand and resolve Production issues
Adapt to current technologies in quick time
May need to work in shifts to support workflows in multiple env
Complete the assigned tasks in timely manner with min or zero defects
Ability to manage multiple priorities

Minimum Qualifications:
1 -2 years of experience in RDBMS, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL
Exposure to Shell/Batch scripting
Knowledge on Python will be a plus
Experience in Implementation/Production Support for any ERP/SCM solutions will be a plus
Experience with Oracle 10g and 11g will be a plus
Robust communication skills, with demonstrated ability to work effectively with technical and functional teams

B.E. in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent technical degrees
