We are Lobha Deepthis, a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) ethnic clothing brand that celebrates India’s handmade têxtiles through perfectly tailored, ready-to-wear clothing.

We are a vertically integrated brand — designing, manufacturing, and marketing all under one roof.

What You Need (Qualifications & Skills)
Minimum 1+ years of logistics/fulfilment experience.
Knowledge of Shopify, logistics, or e-commerce operations is a plus.
Diligent, attentive, and disciplined
ensuring every order is packed and tracked correctly.




Physically capable of working long hours in the packing department. (9.30 am to 6.30 pm)
Experience in apparel, fashion, or e-commerce fulfilment will be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

Print and manage shipping labels, invoices, and packing slips daily.

Pack all orders carefully and coordinate with courier partners for timely fulfilment.
Coordinate with internal and external teams (logistics providers) to close shipment or delivery issues.
Track KPIs and fulfilment metrics to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in training and supervising junior team members over time.

Note

This is a full-time, on-site position in Kochi. Part-timers or students may not be suitable. We’re a lean, focused team — your full presence during work hours is essential.
