Job Summary:
An Electrician Helper assists licensed electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The role involves preparing tools and materials, supporting electrical installations, maintaining a protected work workplace, and learning electrical trade skills under supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Assist electricians with electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work.
Carry, organize, and prepare tools, equipment, and materials.
Pull wires, install conduits, cable trays, and electrical fixtures.
Help with measuring, cutting, and bending conduit.
Clean and maintain work areas and equipment.
Follow all electrical safety procedures and company policies.
Load and unload materials at job sites.
Perform basic electrical tasks under the supervision of a qualified electrician.
Report damaged tools or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
Support project completion within scheduled timelines.
Required Qualifications
High School (10th/12th Pass) or ITI Electrician (preferred).
Basic understanding of electrical tools and equipment.
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in different environments.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Basic knowledge of workplace safety.
