Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in Personal Loan, Credit Card, Banking, NBFC, BPO, or Collection Process will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Hindi. Basic English communication is preferred.
Required Skills:
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive negotiation and convincing ability.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
Good time management and follow-up skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
