Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot complex laboratory instruments like HPLC, GC-MS, and ICP-MS.
Quality Control and Compliance
Review data validity, calculations, and technical documents for accuracy.
Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines, GLP (Valuable Laboratory Practice), and ISO standards.
Investigate out-of-specification results, product defects, or customer complaints.
Leadership and Project Management
Lead R&D; projects and drive advancements in chemical technology.
Mentor, train, and guide junior chemists and laboratory technicians.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineering and operations, to meet company targets.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
