Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing - Primary Focus
Plan, create, and manage high-quality, engaging content across platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, Threads, and others.
Grow our social media presence by increasing followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to adjust content strategies.
Set up, run, and optimize paid social campaigns (where required).
Collaborate with design and content teams for creatives and captions.
Set up and manage drip campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and triggered automation.
Track key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and continuously optimize performance.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Support content team with on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to guide content planning.
Optimize blogs, landing pages, and web content to enhance organic search rankings.
Use SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush) for performance tracking.





Analytics & Reporting
Analyze campaign performance across all digital channels.
Provide actionable insights to refine strategy and boost engagement and conversions.
Run A/B tests and share findings with internal teams.

Other Responsibilities
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Design teams.
Stay informed about the latest digital trends, tools, and algorithm updates.
Contribute to the monthly marketing calendar and assist in planning content and campaigns.
Support digital lead generation activities including webinars and virtual events.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Understanding of SEO and content optimization techniques.
Comfortable working with analytics tools like GA4, Google Search Console, and social insights.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
