Core Responsibilities
Predictive Performance Marketing: Leverage machine learning algorithms for audience segmentation, predictive analysis, and automated bid management across platforms like Google Ads and Meta.
Workflow Automation: Build and manage automated workflows that use AI to deliver personalized customer experiences and streamline tedious marketing processes.
Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze social listening and campaign data using AI platforms to extract actionable insights and refine conversion tests.

Key Qualifications & Skills
AI Literacy: Proficiency in using LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude), image generators (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney), and prompt engineering.
Analytics: Familiarity with AI-enhanced analytics and web tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console).
