Job Title: Social Media Specialist | SMO Executive
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur (On-Site)
Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 per month
Experience: Freshers to 1 Year

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos.
Execute Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies to improve organic reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
Assist in developing monthly content calendars and social media campaigns.
Monitor comments, messages,



and audience interactions while maintaining timely engagement.
Track social media performance and prepare basic performance reports.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
Collaborate with the design and digital marketing teams to create high-quality content.
Support branding and promotional activities across multiple digital platforms.

Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
Positive written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking with an interest in social media marketing and content creation.
Basic knowledge of Canva or similar graphic design tools.
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite or social media scheduling tools will be an added advantage.
Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, SMO, or SEO is preferred.
Quick learner with the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
