Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across multiple social media platforms.
Manage daily social media activities, including responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms.
Plan and manage social media campaigns, promotions, and contests.
Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and design teams to produce high-quality content.
Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
Grow brand awareness, increase followers, and improve audience engagement.
Manage social media advertising campaigns and optimize performance.
Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand identity and communication guidelines.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience managing business social media accounts.




Solid knowledge of major social media platforms and content strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
Basic graphic design and video editing skills are an advantage.
Robust organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
