Position Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
Manage the hospital's official Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Develop and execute monthly content calendars.
Create engaging healthcare-related content, including posts, reels, videos, patient awareness campaigns, and doctor highlights.
Monitor social media performance and audience engagement.

Website & Digital Presence
Maintain and update the hospital website with the latest information.
Coordinate updates to doctor profiles, specialties, services, contact details, timings, announcements, and health packages.




Ensure all online information is accurate, consistent, and current.

Digital Marketing
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and patient engagement.
Manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
Optimize campaigns for maximum reach and conversions.

Content Development
Coordinate with doctors and departments to create educational healthcare content.
Develop promotional materials for recent services, health camps, awareness programs, and events.
Work closely with designers and photographers to produce high-quality digital content.

Reputation Management
Monitor and respond to online reviews and patient feedback.
Manage the hospital's Google Business Profile and other healthcare directories.
Enhance the hospital's online reputation through proactive engagement.

Analytics & Reporting
Track website and social media analytics.
Prepare monthl
