Job Description : The purpose of this position is to enable end-to-end effective and qualified Management and Administration of canteen and pantry services, provide and sustain high quality, healthy and tasty food to associates, customers, and visitors, to continuously enhance Employee Experience. Continuously guide, coach, monitor the Efficiency and cost while running canteen efficiently.
Menu Engineering And Costing
Key activities: Analyze consumption patterns and trends. Evaluate menu impact on costs. Optimize menu for balance of taste, cost, and quality.
Key Result Areas / Indicators : Cost per head
Food Quality, Delivery & Controlling
Key activities: supervise food quality in preparation, focusing on controllable factors. Implement and regularly evaluate SOPs, ensuring FIFO compliance.
Key Result Areas / Indicators : Customer/employee experience index
Compliance and Dcoumentation Document canteen management activities and ensure compliance.
Key activities: Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
