Essential Attributes
3+ years of HR Generalist experience should have handled all aspects of HR including Recruitment, Training, Compensation and Advantages, Attendance and Leave, Appraisals, and Exit.
Capable of handling all aspects of HR without supervision
Provide advice to senior management on HR related issues
Ability to establish and maintain positive relationship with managers and employees. Foster team spirit between employees
Ability to work under pressure and strict time limits
Excellent communication and presentation skills
