Roles and Responsibilities
Strive to achieve productivity standards.
Robust knowledge of medical billing concepts
Good communication and analytical skills. This process may require any call center skills.
On-hand experience in Insurance Eligibility Benefit Verification.
Should have knowledge of Co-pay, Co-insurance, Deductible, and Out of Pocket terminologies.
Should have knowledge of Provider information, Insurances, and associated plans, checking eligibility, prior authorizations, and Referrals.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
Experienced in reading clinical documents and relating it to the service Strong
Understanding on Providers and payors,



Making Robust follow up and Coordination skills
Graduates (Any Stream)
Minimum 6 months experience [fresher with excellent Typing &Communication; skills can also apply] in Insurance Eligibility Benefit Verification
Good Communication skills
Willing to work the night shift (time 8:00 pm 5:00 am)
Salary: hike on last salary/current package
