Plan, lead, and deliver civil engineering projects from kickoff through completion.
Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality to keep projects on track and within contract requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, agencies, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Prepare and update project work plans, timelines, staffing plans, and resource allocations.
Coordinate and supervise design, permitting, and construction support activities.
Review engineering drawings, calculations, reports, submittals, RFIs, and deliverables before client submission.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, permitting requirements, and client standards.
Monitor project costs, invoicing, profitability, revenue forecasting, and receivables.
Identify and manage project risks, scope changes, and contract issues.
Lead team meetings, client status meetings, and progress reviews.
Mentor and direct junior engineers and technical staff.




Support business development by preparing proposals, scopes, fee estimates, and presentations.
Coordinate with municipal agencies, utility providers, architects, surveyors, and subcontractors as needed.
Maintain complete and organized project documentation and records.
Ensure QA/QC procedures are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
Resolve project issues quickly and escalate major concerns when necessary.
Oversee construction administration tasks such as change orders, procurement tracking, and schedule updates when applicable.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
