Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire recent B2B clients for US IT Staffing services.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, MSPs, and implementation partners.
Understand client hiring needs and present customized staffing solutions.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets.
Update CRM with client interactions and sales activities.
Pay: ₹15,797.19 - ₹24,761.63 per month
