We're looking for an energetic and persuasive Field Sales Executive/ Business Development Executive to expand the reach of our kids gaming platform by partnering with businesses that serve children and families.

You will identify potential partners, conduct product demonstrations, build relationships with decision-makers, negotiate commercial terms, and help install our kids gaming platform at partner locations. This is a field-based role that requires regular travel, excellent communication skills, and a passion for growing a business from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities: Business Development
Identify and approach potential business partners.
Generate current leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and local research.
Build relationships with business owners, and venue managers.
Present the value proposition of the gaming platform and demonstrate the product.
Negotiate commercial agreements and close recent partnerships.

Target Businesses

Develop partnerships with businesses including:
Preschools and play schools
Daycare centres
Indoor play areas




Family entertainment centres
Shopping malls
Kids' activity centres
Restaurants with children's play areas
Hotels and resorts
Pediatric clinics and hospitals
Libraries and community centres
Schools and after-school programs
Sports academies and coaching centres
Event organisers and birthday party venues

Sales & Revenue Growth
Meet monthly sales and partnership targets.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective customers.
Conduct follow-up meetings and product demonstrations.
Convert leads into long-term business partnerships.
Identify upselling and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.

Product Demonstrations
Conduct engaging live demonstrations of the kids gaming platform.
Explain product features, pricing, subscription plans, and business perks.
Train partner staff on basic operation and customer usage.
