Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Science, or a related field.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is mandatory.
Master's Degree in Mathematics or Education is preferred.
Roles and responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and learning resources.
Foster numeracy, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills through interactive and activity-based learning.
Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom setting.
Assess, evaluate, and monitor student progress through formative and summative assessments.
Provide timely feedback and implement remedial support for students requiring additional assistance.
Maintain accurate academic records,
lesson plans, attendance, and student progress reports.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' academic performance and development.
Collaborate with colleagues, coordinators, and school leadership to support academic excellence.
Integrate technology and cutting-edge teaching practices into classroom instruction.
Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, career development programmes, and co-curricular activities.
