Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Conduct technical assessments, inspections, and verification of civil construction projects.
Inspect and evaluate the quality of roads, internal roads, pavements, and industrial access roads.
Assess and inspect water bodies, drainage systems, storm water management systems, and water infrastructure.
Plan, supervise, and monitor the construction of office buildings, industrial structures, warehouses, and utility buildings.
Verify the quality and structural integrity of weighbridge foundations and flooring.
Oversee the construction and maintenance of warehouse flooring, loading bays, loading platforms, and heavy-duty industrial floors.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, engineering standards, and statutory regulations.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
Prepare project estimates, BOQs, technical reports, inspection reports,



and progress updates.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety compliance.
Conduct site measurements, quality audits, and material verification.
Identify construction defects and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations during project execution.

Required Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering and construction projects.
Proven experience in assessment, verification, inspection, and quality evaluation of civil infrastructure.
Hands-on experience in:
Road construction and inspection
Water body development and civil infrastructure
Office building construction
Warehouse construction
Weighbridge foundation and flooring
Warehouse loading bays and heavy-duty industrial flooring
Experience of successfully handling or contributing to 20+ civil construction projects from p
