Job Title: Computer Operator

Key Responsibilities:
Enter daily sales orders, billing data, dispatch details, and stock movements into ERP/Tally
Maintain accurate inventory records including inward, outward, and closing stock
Prepare and update MIS reports related to sales, dispatch, stock, and outstanding payments
Support billing and accounts teams with data verification and document management
Maintain systematic digital and physical filing of invoices, challans, and reports




Update price changes, schemes, and customer master data in the system as instructed
Assist in preparing daily productivity and operational reports for management review
Ensure data accuracy, timely updates, and confidentiality of company information
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for data confirmation and corrections

Requirements:
Positive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and ERP/Tally systems
Experience in FMCG / manufacturing setup preferred
Accuracy, speed, and discipline in data handling

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
