Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist cum Accountant to manage front office operations and assist with day-to-day accounting and administrative activities of the school.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Administration
Welcome visitors, parents, students, and guests professionally.
Maintain visitor records and reception registers.
Assist with admission enquiries and student documentation.
Coordinate with school departments for administrative support.
Maintain office files, records, and correspondence.

Accounts & Finance
Manage fee collection and maintain fee records.
Prepare receipts, vouchers, and payment entries.




Assist in maintaining cash book and accounting records.
Perform data entry and maintain financial records in Excel/accounting software.
Support bank-related work and reconciliation.
Assist management in preparing financial reports and statements.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred) or any relevant discipline.
Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Pleasant personality with skilled appearance.
Prior experience in a school, educational institution, or office environment will be preferred.
