Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resource Management
Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Coordinate employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
Maintain employee files and HR records in both physical and digital formats.
Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive work workplace.




Address employee concerns and facilitate effective communication between management and staff.
Assist in performance review processes and employee development initiatives.
Ensure company policies and workplace guidelines are followed.

Employee Coordination & Office Management
Act as the primary coordination point between employees and management.
Monitor daily office activities and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
Coordinate meetings, internal communications, and task follow-ups.
Manage office administration, vendor coordination, and operational requirements.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks across teams.

Recruitment & Placement Coordination
Build and maintain a database of companies hiring specialists in industries related to our training programs, particularly Civil Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure, Digital Marketing, and IT.
