Responsibilities:
Technical review of Tender documents, Request for Quotations
Review of cost estimates before bid submission
Contract review before project handover
Report to Territory Director during weekly project review calls
Planning and coordination of activities
Ensure all project related info is entered in ERP
Plan internal and external KOM
Place all necessary requests and check with Resource Manager on resources
Review assigned budget from Sales
Request site assessment
Request Tool Manager, Logistics (supply chain)



& Data Analysts for their services and agree on dates (Handshake)
Request Task to Tool Manager
Request Task to Logistics
Request Task to Data Analyst
Create Purchase requisitions when required
Job Safety Analysis
Have a briefing meeting with relevant parties when required internally
Obtain written approvals from customers prior to run & have focal point identified from customer side prior to mobilization.
Realization of field activities
Payment milestones / Invoicing
Follow up on Invoice approvals
Report upselling and cross selling prospects to Sales
Ensure tool/Manpower rent is paid on time.

Competency Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or relevant);
Valid Project Management Qualified (PMP) Certificate;
Min 10 years of operation planning experience;
Experience in Oil and Gas sector or EPC contracting;
Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook at an intermediat
