Hiring: Inbound US Voice - Analyst (Sales & Upselling Focus)

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from US customers in a skilled and courteous manner
Understand customer needs through active listening and effective questioning
Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions
Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities on every call
Address customer objections with empathy and close sales effectively
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,100.00 per month
