ABOUT THE ROLE:
Duration of trainee program 1 year

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure execution in accordance with approved drawings and project timelines.
Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, vendors, and school management teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Review architectural drawings and Bills of Quantities (BOQs); ensure accurate on-site implementation of design intent.
Coordinate civil, interior, MEP, and landscape works across multiple agencies to ensure seamless project delivery.

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Foundational knowledge of construction processes and the ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical documents.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project documentation tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
Demonstrated problem-solving ability and capacity to manage multiple tasks within rapid-paced project environments.




Willingness to travel locally within assigned project locations as required.
High sense of ownership, accountability, and professional responsibility.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) graduates; fresh graduates with a robust interest in construction execution are encouraged to apply.
Individuals with a demonstrated interest in on-ground execution, infrastructure coordination, and problem resolution.
