AI tools should support the design process, but all final materials must be carefully reviewed and adjusted to meet Officebase’s brand and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design: Create skilled social media posts, website banners, flyers, brochures, catalogues, product graphics, advertisements, and presentations.

Product Marketing: Prepare clean and attractive marketing visuals for office furniture products, including desks, chairs, workstations, storage units, meeting tables, and office accessories.

AI-Assisted Design: Use AI-powered tools to generate design concepts, backgrounds, layouts, visual references, campaign ideas, and creative variations.

Image Editing: Edit and enhance product images, remove or replace backgrounds, correct lighting and colours, retouch images, improve image quality, and prepare visuals for digital and print use.

AI Image Enhancement: Use AI tools to improve image resolution, extend backgrounds, create suitable environments, remove unwanted objects,



and enhance product presentation while maintaining the accuracy of the original furniture.

AI Prompting: Write explicit and effective prompts to generate suitable creative concepts, backgrounds, visual styles, campaign ideas, and marketing content.

Social Media Content: Create engaging designs for social media campaigns, product promotions, launches, offers, and company announcements.

Catalogues and Brochures: Design professional product catalogues, brochures, specification sheets, and marketing documents with transparent layouts and accurate product information.

Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent Officebase look across all designs, including colours, fonts, layouts, logos, product presentation, and marketing materials.

Content Support: Support the marketing and sales teams with presentation layouts, website visuals, basic video and reel graphics, product campaigns, and promotional content.
