Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
Explain company products and services clearly.
Generate and qualify leads.
Follow up with interested customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in CRM or Excel.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads.
Resolve basic customer queries and provide excellent customer support.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
Valuable communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude.
Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure.
