About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the In-Patient Department (IPD).
Ensure smooth admission, transfer, and discharge processes for patients.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, billing, and other hospital departments to deliver a seamless patient experience.
Monitor patient satisfaction and promptly resolve patient and attendant concerns.
Supervise and guide IPD coordinators, front office, and support staff.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, quality standards, and patient care protocols.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and departmental documentation.
Monitor bed occupancy, patient flow, and operational efficiency.
Identify prospects for process improvement to enhance patient services.
Support hospital management in achieving operational and patient satisfaction goals.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline.




Minimum 2 years of experience as an IPD Head or in a similar leadership role within a hospital.
Strong understanding of hospital IPD operations and patient care coordination.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.:
Fluency in English is mandatory.:
Solid leadership, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle patient grievances with empathy and professionalism.
Proficiency in MS Office and Hospital Management Software (preferred).
