Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end import and export shipments, including preparation and verification of shipping documentation.
Track and monitor shipment status, proactively resolving delays, escalations, and logistics bottlenecks.
Ensure inbound shipments match purchase orders in terms of quantity, quality, and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with customs authorities, freight forwarders, shipping agents, and logistics partners for smooth clearance and transportation.
Work closely with the finance team to verify payments related to import duties, tariffs, shipping charges, and other transaction costs.
Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure timely movement of goods.
Build and maintain robust relationships with logistics providers, customs agents, and vendors.
Resolve customs, shipping, and quality-related disputes while managing vendor discussions, claims, replacements, and penalties.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to forecast demand and ensure timely procurement of inventory.
Handle local purchase activities,



including vendor follow-ups, dispatch coordination, delivery tracking, and reconciliation.
Coordinate documentation, compliance, and order fulfillment for direct USD buyers.
Manage sales orders, returns, customer complaints, payment follow-ups, and other assignments from top management.
Ensure all import and export activities comply with applicable international trade regulations.

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent (Higher qualifications preferred).
3+ years of hands-on experience in Import & Export Coordination or International Trade.
Robust proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Robust presentation and coordination abilities.
