Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage daily movement of company vehicles.

Schedule vehicle maintenance, servicing, repairs, and inspections.

Maintain vehicle documents such as insurance, registration, permits, pollution certificates, and fitness certificates.

Coordinate with drivers regarding routes, schedules, and assignments.

Ensure timely renewal of all vehicle-related documents.

Maintain records of vehicle expenses and prepare monthly reports.

Verify driver attendance, licenses, and adherence to safety guidelines.

Investigate and report accidents, damages, or breakdowns.

Ensure compliance with company policies and government transport regulations.

Required Skills:
Positive knowledge of fleet and transport management.

Robust record-keeping and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
