Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain simulation models for manufacturing and logistics processes.
Analyze production systems to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives using simulation techniques.
Collect, analyze, and validate operational data for simulation studies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements.
Prepare simulation reports, presentations, and recommendations.
Assist in testing, validating, and optimizing simulation models.
Continuously improve simulation accuracy and process efficiency.
Required Qualifications
B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn recent technologies and simulation software.
Required Technical Skills
Programming: C, C++, and Python
AutoCAD 2D
Basic understanding of AutoCAD 3D
Positive understanding of manufacturing processes and production systems
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts is an added advantage
Preferred Skills
Interest in Digital Manufacturing and Process Simulation
Understanding of Industrial Engineering concepts
Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting
Quick learner with a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have
Exposure to simulation software (such as FlexSim, AnyLogic, Arena, Siemens Plant Simulation, etc.)
Knowledge of production planning, logistics, or warehouse operations
Internship or academic projects related to manufacturing or simulation
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per mont
