Responsibilities:
Conduct professional home inspections at apartments and villas.
Inspect civil, plumbing, electrical, flooring, doors, windows, and finishing quality.
Use up-to-date inspection tools such as moisture meters, laser distance meters, electrical testers, and spirit levels.
Explain inspection findings to customers professionally.
Coordinate with the backend quality team for report generation.
Maintain high standards of professionalism and integrity during every inspection.

Eligibility
B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Basic knowledge of residential construction
Good communication skills in Local language and English
Willingness to travel within the city
Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred
