DESCRIPTION:
Key job responsibilities

A Senior Supply Chain Manager is expected to
Think Big and identify improvement prospects and gaps in existing process and works with key stakeholders to execute/resolve them
Define goals and able to design a long-term strategy, helps define vision
Ensure customer outcomes are auditable, decisions are data-driven, and work quality is measurable.
Use expertise and judgment to determine the right stakeholders to take informed decisions.
Pull data from numerous databases (using Excel, Access, SQL and/or other data management systems) and to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed
Demonstrates excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies and procedures
Manage complex problems/efforts, decisions, and escalations,



mitigate long-term risks.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of program or project management experience
5+ years of supply chain experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Master's degree, or MBA in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field
Project Management experience preferred
Post-Graduation specialization in Supply Chain Management /Business management
