Key Responsibilities
Identify and bid on relevant Upwork projects.
Write high-converting proposals and communicate with clients.
Manage and grow a fresh Upwork profile.
Negotiate, close deals, and build long-term client relationships.
Achieve monthly business development targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of Upwork Business Development experience (mandatory).
Proven success in winning projects on Upwork.
Experience managing the complete Upwork sales cycle independently.
Excellent proposal writing, negotiation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
