We are looking for a motivated and confident Telemarketing Executive who can generate new business opportunities, convert enquiries into sales, and provide excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound sales and marketing calls to prospective customers across India.
Promote HydroNest India's complete range of water treatment products and solutions.
Handle and follow up on enquiries received through:
IndiaMART
TradeIndia
Company Website
WhatsApp
Phone Calls
Social Media
Generate current business by identifying dealers, distributors, industries, builders, hospitals, schools, hotels, and commercial customers.
Convert enquiries into confirmed orders through regular follow-ups.
Explain product features, pricing,



and basic technical information to customers.
Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for quotations, order processing, and customer support.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, quotations, and follow-up activities.
Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and calling targets.

Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Telugu.
Robust convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers over phone throughout the day.
Ability to manage multiple enquiries efficiently.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

Eligibility
Graduate or Intermediate with good communication skills.
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
