Role Description The Global Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves identifying and pursuing international sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with partners, institutions, and parents, and promoting Codeyoung’s coding programs across global markets. The Global Sales Executive will conduct market research, manage the sales pipeline, lead product demos and presentations, negotiate contracts, and meet revenue targets.



The role also includes collaborating with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies, reporting on performance metrics, and providing feedback from customers to improve offerings.
Qualifications
Solid skills in international sales, business development, and account management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Experience in lead generation, pipeline management, and CRM tools to manage global prospects and customer relationships.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders across cultures.
Ability to analyze market trends, develop sales strategies, and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
Prior experience in EdTech, education services, or training programs is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.
