Job Summary
The HR Operations Intern will support the Human Resources team in day-to-day operational tasks, onboarding activities,



documentation and employee engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn practical HR processes and gain hands-on experience in a corporate HR workplace.

Job Responsibilities
Onboarding Support
Ensure collection and filing of required documentation.
Coordinate onboarding essentials such as ID card issuance,
HR Administration
Maintain and update employee records in the HR database under guidance.
Help prepare HR letters such as offer letters, internship letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters.
Support the HR team in maintaining employee files and documentation.
Employee Engagement
Assist in planning and executing engagement activities, celebrations, and events.
Help prepare activity reports and collect employee feedback.

HR Reporting & Dashboards
Support in creating and updating HR trackers and basic dashboards
