Role Overview The Business Development Manager (Full time) will drive market growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing current commercial accounts across the Kolkata metropolitan area.
Key Responsibilities
Deal Generation & Pipeline Management: Prospect commercial clients, manage the sales pipeline, track targets via CRM, and deliver revenue growth.
Client Engagement & Advisory: Conduct deep-dive client assessments to evaluate risk profiles and present tailored trade credit, structured credit, surety, and risk management solutions to senior decision-makers.




Team-oriented Execution: Partner with internal technical teams to craft tailored proposals, pitches, and presentations.
Market Intelligence: Attend industry events, monitor local market trends, and share strategic feedback with leadership to refine go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
Experience: Proven track record in business development, corporate sales, or financial services (insurance or risk advisory experience preferred).
Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional presentation and relationship-building skills, with a track record of engaging senior executives and explaining complex financial products.
Tools & Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (relevant certifications are a plus).
