Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute buying plans aligned with sales forecasts and category strategies.
Source products from existing and recent vendors, negotiating pricing, MOQs, timelines, and quality standards.
Analyze sales data, stock levels, and sell-through to optimize assortments and minimize overstock or stock-outs.
Work closely with design, planning, and retail teams to ensure timely product availability.
Track purchase orders, production schedules, and deliveries to meet launch timelines.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and prospects.
Ensure all products meet brand quality, compliance, and margin requirements.
Manage vendor relationships and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.
Support seasonal reviews, range building, and category performance reporting.
