Key Responsibilities:
Interact with product owners and client users to understand business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
Author and/or review validation test plans, strategies, requirement traceability matrices, and test summary reports for product releases.
Lead, mentor, and guide testing teams for all testing activities , including system, functional, manual, automation, OQ, PQ, IQ, etc.
Ensure quality of testing and timely release of product features and validation documents.
Work in Agile/Scrum setting using tools like JIRA and Confluence .
Support internal QA team during audits for product/project documents and artifacts.
