Key Responsibilities:
Conduct end-to-end system testing , including manual and automated test scripts.
Translate business processes and applications into transparent test scenarios .
Perform formal system validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ) and document SDLC artifacts such as Test Scripts, Traceability Matrix, and Test Summary Reports.
Manage issues/bugs in ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA).
Author business and functional requirements , as well as propose software improvements.
Configure business processes and mappings for pharmacovigilance/drug safety clients in Japan.
Write and execute SQL queries for data validation and analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and high client satisfaction.
