Key Responsibilities:
Understand client requirements and define infrastructure architecture, deployment layout, and strategy for PV Suite products.
Manage client relationships regarding infrastructure and PV product deployment .
Oversee product release and installation processes , ensuring smooth deployment.
Lead a team to manage parallel deployments for multiple clients .
Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve deployment issues.
Handle RxLogix PV Suite product installation and upgrades , including Spotfire .
Author infrastructure architecture specifications and Installation Qualification (IQ) documentation for installations and upgrades.
Monitor and review IQ execution .
Track and resolve deployment-related issues.
