This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, communication, coordination, and working closely with young talent. The person will play an important role in developing our campus hiring network and student talent pipeline across Bengaluru and other locations as required.




Job SummaryThe College Student Placement Coordinator will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with colleges and universities, connecting with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), Placement Coordinators, Deans, HODs, faculty members, and student representatives, and coordinating campus recruitment initiatives.
The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact between Creatigrity Technologies and educational institutions and will support the recruitment team in generating a solid pipeline of fresh graduates and entry-level talent.
