Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Internshala and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates for IT roles.
Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical/HR interviews.
Understand technical requirements and match candidates with suitable positions.
Schedule interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and daily hiring reports.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand current requirements.
Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to selection.
Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline.
Required Skills
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of IT/technical roles and technologies.
Knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing techniques.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Qualification
Graduate in HR, Management, IT, or a related field.
Previous experience in IT recruitment is preferred.
