Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate UI/UX Trainer/Mentor who can train, guide, and mentor students aspiring to build careers in UI/UX Design. The ideal candidate should have robust industry experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex design concepts for learners.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging classroom training sessions on UI/UX Design.
Teach UI Design, UX Design, Design Thinking, User Research, Wireframing, Prototyping, Information Architecture,



and Usability Principles.
Train students on industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and other relevant design tools.
Conduct hands-on workshops, assignments, and practical sessions.
Mentor students on portfolio creation and case study development.
Guide students in solving real-world design problems.
Review student work and provide constructive feedback.
Conduct mock interviews and assist students with career preparation.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, AI-powered design tools, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with the academic team to enhance course content and learning outcomes.

Required Skills
Solid expertise in UI/UX Design principles.
Hands-on experience with Figma.
Knowledge of Design Systems and Responsive Design.
Understanding of User Research and Usability Testing.
Robust wireframing and prototyping skills.
