Educational Qualification
Master of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (MASLP) OR M.Sc. in Speech-Language Pathology (M.Sc. SLP)
Valid RCI Registration is mandatory
AVAZ or PECS Certification
DTTC or PROMPT Certification

Experience
Minimum 10 years of qualified experience
Minimum 3 years of specific experience in Autism Care

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations for complex speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing/feeding disorders.
Evaluate and recommend advanced AAC solutions, including speech-generating devices and eye-gaze systems.
Assess language profiles and tailor interventions using appropriate communication approaches.
Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based IEPs/ITPs.
Provide specialized therapy for verbal/non-verbal communication, language, fluency, voice, oral-motor and swallowing needs.
Assess and manage Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS) using evidence-based approaches such as DTTC and PROMPT.
Mentor Junior Speech Therapists and intern
